Having a school snack means a
piece of dry bread and a quarter cup of juice, this is a very special occasion for
these children something that happens very rarely, perhaps once a fortnight if
they are lucky. The children received their snack at the time of leaving school
rather than during school hours, the cup or small pan or bowl to drink from came
from their homes, this because the school presently have no facilities for
such things.
